We have more than 20 full-time coaches.

 

Each weekly session is part of longer term and season plans, so players gradually develop the necessary skills and thinking. Our coaching curriculum is designed and overseen by our UEFA trained head coach, to ensure consistently high standards of coaching and safety.

 

Even the most qualified attend our annual coach education sessions. For example, former Kent FA head coach educator Alan Walker came to Hong Kong to run a tailor made professional development course for our coaches in 2015.

 

All our coaches are first aid trained, and must pass the HK Police Sexual Conviction Record Check.
